This is an exploratory project, which we hope will lead to insights into what can go wrong in dialogues between teachers and students.

This project will develop wearable technologies that will enhance our awareness of student communities in an era of increasing online provision, where students ‘attend’ the university but not necessarily the campus itself.

In summer 2016, the artcasting concept, first developed for the AHRC-funded Artcasting project, was used in a new context, with University of Edinburgh researchers working in collaboration with the Edinburgh Art Festival, the UK’s largest annual festival of visual arts.
