This event is hosted by: The College Development Network, Edinburgh College, The University of Edinburgh, and Hidden Giants.

The afternoon will involve storytelling, collaboration, dialogue and planning. You’ll come away with new awareness of some of the futures we are currently living with, and what kinds of changes we want to see, and make, in our education and learning contexts. From the individual to the systemic, ‘joining the dots’ will help us work with complexity, think critically and hopefully about the future, and make new connections.

Background

Fire Starter Festival is an annual three week festival highlighting and celebrating innovation and creativity in Scottish public services, with a particular focus on transformational change. It allows people from all aspects of public service to showcase and share the innovative and creative ways they are making a difference to Scotland.
