Dr James Lamb

Lecturer in Digital Education

My research is especially concerned with the ways the learning spaces are affected by digital technologies. I am also interested in the role of sonic methods in education research, and in multimodal teaching and assessment.

These research interests translate to my teaching, where I am Course Organiser for ‘Education and Digital Culture’, ‘Learning Spaces and Digital Technologies’ and ‘The Future of Learning Organisations’. I work across the School of Education and the Edinburgh Futures Institute.
