Over the past year, The Data Education in Schools team have been developing Robot Cards, a teaching resource for primary students that gives learners an introduction to concepts in statistics and data analysis, and encourages them to think about and gain an interest in Robotics.
The Cards allow for cross-curricular links and can be used to learn about early mathematical concepts, create simple graphs (i.e., bar charts and scatterplots), and more.
The resource is downloadable and adaptable to teaching needs, and the team are looking for feedback on the first release of the Cards: Robot Cards - Data Education in Schools.
