Dr Andrew Manches and Lydia Plowman have secured funding of £5000 from The Edinburgh Futures Institute in order to explore young children's understaning of personal data through the new project 'Developing Children's Understanding of Personal Data'.

Since September 2018 I’ve been working as Associate Director (Interdisciplinarity and Advanced Training) with the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS). This graduate school unites sixteen universities across Scotland to be the UK's largest facilitator of funding, training and support for doctoral students in the social sciences.
