The Data Education in Schools programme and research strand, led by Prof Judy Robertson, features as one of the Stories of Impact in the recent University of Edinburgh's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) publication.

The publication addresses the Sustainable Development Goals through case studies in five areas across the University: operations, community, teaching and learning, partnerships, and research. Data Education in Schools is case study for the Partnerships area of impact.

A part of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal Data Skills Programme, funded by the Scottish and UK Government, Data Education in Schools brings together leading educational researchers, professional learning and digital skills consultants working towards a vision of improved data literacy across Scotland.

You can find out more about the Impact Stories here: SDGs: Stories of impact | Sustainability | Social Responsibility and Sustainability. Read about Data Education in Schools on page 14 of the publication: Sustainable Development Goals Stories of Impact
