We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Data and Education. The post is full time (35 hours/week) and open-ended.
The role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to undertake interdisciplinary teaching and research in areas relating to the role of data in educational policy, practice and governance. The post is an exciting opportunity to be part of the thriving Centre for Research in Digital Education, and to teach on the highly successful MSc in Digital Education.
You should have a growing research portfolio in areas such as education policy and governance through data, technocultures and institutions, educational AI, data ethics in education, critical data studies, digital pedagogy or political economy of educational technology. Your teaching expertise should include digital pedagogy, computational digital methods and supervision of students using quantitative methods for research at Masters level.
