We are delighted to announce that Centre colleagues Serdar Abaci and Jen Ross are partners to the Una Europa Seed Funding project “Artificial Intelligence & Humanities (101): Developing a Humanities Syllabus for AI & the Digital at Una Europa”.
This project is led by Cillian Ó Fathaigh (Jagiellonian University, Poland) and involves 32 academics from seven Una Europa universities, featuring a distinctly interdisciplinary team from eight institutes/centres related to Humanities discipline. Alongside colleagues Serdar Abaci and Jen Ross from the Centre for Research in Digital Education, Lisa Otty (Director of Centre for Data, Culture & Society), and Katie Pleming (Lecturer in European Languages and Cultures) from the University of Edinburgh will contribute to the project.
AIHUMS101 aims to identify how students in Higher Education can be prepared to take part in the digital transformation of the Humanities, and how Una Europa institutions can achieve this objective.
