Andrew Manches along with Euan Mitchell (SSERC) and Sharon Macnab (Glasgow Science Centre) have been successful in reaching the finals of the 2022 Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards.

Their application, one of 88 submissions, recognises the partnership between the Glasgow Science Centre, SSERC and the University of Edinburgh to improve the quality of learning provision and thereby increase young children’s (3-8 years) confidence, understanding and ability to communicate in STEM, in particular, for underserved children.

The Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards celebrate partnerships between universities and businesses, communities, social enterprise and the third sector and recognise where collaboration leads to economic growth, societal improvements and environmental advances in Scotland and beyond.

Scottish Knowledge Exchange Award winners will be announced at the online Awards ceremony which takes place on Thursday 17th March 2022.
