The Centre for Research in Digital Education has a new home! We are always part of the Moray House School for Education and Sport, but we are now based at the Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI).

Professor Carol Campbell, Head of Moray House School of Education and Sport, alongside Centre director Professor Sian Bayne and co-directors Professor Judy Robertson and Dr Ben Williamson created a video for the fifth Global Education Deans' Forum in China, which explored the topic of education in the age of AI.

Fred Kakooza, one of our MSc Digital Education students, shared his experience on the programme in a video published by the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Edinburgh.

The Centre for Research in Digital Education are running the Digital Education Programme Staff Spotlight Series, a series of events to highlight our Digital Education Programme. On 20 November between 10.30 and 11.00, the third staff spotlight event will host James Lamb and Janja Komljenovic.

The Centre for Research in Digital Education are thrilled to announce the creation of a fifth research strand: Digital Education in the Global South, directed by Dr Michael Gallagher.
