Opening up Higher Education Futures: leadership workshop
Sian Bayne and Jen Ross recently ran a workshop on Higher Education Futures with a group of 30 leaders from 10 European universities, as part of the Lighthouse Strategic Educational Leadership Programme. One heartening meta-theme emerged from the discussions: the importance of taking care of the communal life of the university .
