I manage communications and support impact evaluation for the Centre for Research in Digital Education and the Data Education in Schools project. I have a PhD in Classics and am interested in research outreach and community and public engagement. I collaborated with the Scottish charity Open Past on a project putting History and Archaeology learning materials in the hands of the schools. I also volunteer as Communications Officer for AIGU (Italian Association of Youth for UNESCO), designing and delivering events to raise awareness on the UNESCO cultural heritage in collaboration with schools, higher education institutions, museums and other institutions. During my doctorate, I completed a workshop on "AI and Ancient Writing Cultures" at the University of Bologna and a course on Social Network Analysis for Ancient History research. In 2023, I was Project Coordinator in Ancient History at the Edinburgh Sutton Trust Summer School, an event aimed at facilitating access to Higher Education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
