Connected Higher Education Specialist
Frankie Randle leads a consortium of universities globally providing access to higher education in crisis contexts through digital learning. He is also a digital learning expert at UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, working towards ensuring refugees are included in university. Before joining UNHCR, Frankie was a senior project manager at the British Council. He has worked on education in humanitarian and development contexts for more than 15 years in east Africa and the Middle East.
