I am a part-time PhD researcher at Moray House School of Education and Sport. My research examines British international schooling in Thailand, asking what is being sought through this form of education and how these aspirations are shaped by wider social and historical currents. Drawing on sociological and educational theory, my research engages particularly with cosmopolitan theory, and questions of cultural and historical power. Alongside my doctoral research, I also work in secondary education.
