Dr Zayba Ghazali-Mohammed previously worked with the Centre for Research in Digital Education as a Research Fellow for the Data Education in Schools programme, and as Research Associate on the Move2Learn research project between 2017-2020.
She completed her PhD in Developmental Psychology at University College London. Her main research interests include cognitive development of young children, especially in areas of scientific understanding such as climate change, and data. Zayba is also interested in the role of executive functions and other domain-general capabilities on conceptual progression, multimodal learning, and how developing language can influence scientific understanding.
