Abstract
Join us for a seminar showcasing the newly revitalised Digital Education Masters programme at the University of Edinburgh, and exploring how it connects with our world-leading research.
The event will offer insights into how we integrate our research insights into a set of creative, dynamic teaching practices which set our programme apart. The MSc in Digital Education is one of the most long-standing and respected programmes in this area, and is a first choice for those wishing to do advanced study in digital education leadership, design, policy, research and practice.
The event offers a unique opportunity to engage with the team, be introduced to our set of innovative courses, and learn how our research enriches the learning experience of our students.
The event is part of the celebration of the programme’s 20th anniversary, and will feature:
- Sian Bayne and Jen Ross discussing digital education futures
- Michael Gallagher and Rovincer Najjuma discussing digital education in the Global South
- Ben Williamson discussing datafication and AI in education
The event will be chaired by Janja Komljenovic, the Digital Education MSc Programme Director.
