Prof Laura Colucci-Gray and Prof Andrew Manches (Project co-leads (UK)) have been successful with their new project “Feeling the Untouchable: Haptic touch experiences for naturalistic learning”, receiving a £922,000 grant through round one of UKRI’s highly competitive cross-council scheme designed to stimulate exciting new interdisciplinary research.
As part of the AI adoption programme of work, and a partnership between the Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI) and the Moray House School of Education and Sport, this project supports and enables creative teaching innovation through generative AI.
This project will engage HEAC programme providers, educators and National Council of Higher Education Programme Accreditation Officers in the global south to re-imagine a connected education approach.
